Joel Paris and Scott Boland will make their one-day international debuts after the young pace duo were included in Australia's final squad to face India.
Tuesday's opening ODI at the WACA in Perth will see local paceman Paris make his international bow alongside Victorian Boland, but Shaun Marsh misses out.
With Mitchell Johnson now retired and Mitchell Starc injured, 23-year-old Western Australian Paris is tipped to take the new ball with Josh Hazlewood in front of his home crowd.
"Traditionally we like to play a left-armer here who can use the breeze and move the ball so hopefully he'll be able to do that for us tomorrow," Australia captain Steve Smith told reporters on Monday.
"He's been very impressive in the Matador Cup in the last couple of years and in the Big Bash this year. We look forward to seeing how he goes.
"It's a good opportunity for him and some other young quicks around the country. So it's an exciting time for Joel to make his debut at the WACA."
Boland finally gets an opportunity on the international stage, having been on the fringes during Australia's Test series win against West Indies.
The 26-year-old has taken six wickets in four matches for Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League this season.
Smith added: "His death bowling has been very impressive. I think he hits a yorker as well as anyone at the moment. He's got a bit of pace to him so hopefully he can hurry up the Indian batters a bit.
"He's been impressive in the nets the past couple of weeks. He's hit the bat hard, bowled good areas and that's what you need to do out at the WACA."
Australia ODI squad: Steve Smith (captain), David Warner (vice-captain), George Bailey, Scott Boland, Josh Hazlewood, James Faulkner, Aaron Finch, Mitchell Marsh, Glenn Maxwell, Joel Paris, Matthew Wade.
