BREAKING NEWS: Former Hungary goalkeeper Fulop dies


Former Hungary goalkeeper Marton Fulop has died at the age of 32 after a long illness, former club West Brom have confirmed.

"Everyone at @WBAFCofficial is shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of former goalkeeper Marton Fulop," the club posted on Twitter.

Fulop also represented the likes of Sunderland and Manchester City in the Premier League, but had taken time out of the game in 2013 to have a malignant tumour removed from his arm following a spell with Asteras Tripoli in Greece.

Having made his international debut in 2005, Fulop won 24 caps under four different coaches.
