Unless you've been hiding under a rock all day, you'll have heard the latest Brexit development...
The High Court has ruled that the Prime Minister must seek MPs' approval to trigger the process of taking Britain out of the European Union - this threatens to plunge the Government's plans for Brexit into disarray as the process will have to be subject to full parliamentary control.
So, let's take a closer look at what exactly happened and what we can expect to happen next.
Well, looks like there are three possible outcomes from all this. Firstly, if the ruling is overturned, the Prime Minister can continue with original Brexit plan.
But, if the ruling is not overturned, Theresa May could take it to the European Court of Justice.
Or, to the delight of Remain campaigners, if MPs and peers have to approve Article 50, it could be defeated. Yep, this would effectively block Brexit.
Basically, who knows what will happen next...
