The property is being advertised by Chancellors estate agents and is up for sale for nearly half a million pounds - £475,000 to be exact.

About the three-bedroom detached home, the website states: "Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location, this detached property has recently undergone complete renovation to an extremely high standard."

Back in 2001, the house was picked out of hundreds around the UK to be the Dursleys' home in the very first film, Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone. Harry was forced to live in the cupboard under the stairs by his aunt and uncle since he was 15 months old before heading to Hogwarts.
