You can now play noughts and crosses just by googling it

Updated:

Which website do you play classic games like Solitaire and noughts and crosses on?

Well whichever it is, it may now be at threat, thanks to a new Google function.

The popular search engine now allows users to play some of our favourite games directly from the Google search page, just by typing them into the search bar.

The games have varied difficulty options and you can even play noughts and crosses against a friend, as long as you are sat at the same computer.

The change comes as other functions are beginning to get noticed, like asking Google to flip a coin, or the Olympic coverage, which showed many details and updates without the user having to click through to any other websites.
