It's the 4th of July. A day for Americans to celebrate their country's independence from the British Empire with fireworks, food and flag waving.
Europe has to wait just a few hours for the US to wake up, then we can all party together.
In true internet style, Twitter couldn't wait to kick off the celebrations, even if most of the US was still in bed.
