A group of Vote Leavers got together, somewhere in Northern Ireland, to discuss the news that young people are more likely to vote to remain in the EU than decide to leave. This is a real problem for Vote Leave because normally young people can just be ignored.
So, there they were, in a room somewhere in Northern Ireland. Presumably a discussion took place about the things young people like and among others the the words "Drake" and "memes" were uttered. This tweet was conceived.
Now it is upon us, and there's no escape.
