Strictly Come Dancing: Celeb couples battle it out

Updated

The Strictly Come Dancing grand final is under way with four celebrity couples battling it out for the glitterball trophy.

The Wanted's Jay McGuiness, partnered with Aliona Vilani, remains the bookies' favourite to win.

Broadcaster Katie Derham and Anton Du Beke are fancied to finish in fourth place.

It's a first final appearance for Du Beke in his 12 years on the popular BBC One ballroom series.

EastEnders' Kellie Bright and fellow soap star Georgia May Foote round off the finalists, alongside partners Kevin Clifton and Giovanni Pernice, respectively.

In the first of tonight's two live shows hosted by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, the four celebrities will perform two dances.

Judges Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell and Bruno Tonioli will offer critiques on the routines before them.

At the start of the second show at 9pm, the fourth-placed pair will be eliminated.

The remaining three will then perform their third dance.

The voting lines will reopen for the public to choose their winner.
