Dog gives hugs and handshakes to people on the street

When her owner, Cesar, takes her for walks around their Chelsea neighbourhood, he says she offers hugs and handshakes to anyone who approaches her.

Cesar says he got Loubie when she was just six 6 months-old and he would hug her like he hugs people.

And that's how she shows affection.

Not only does she give love to people on walks, but also at the hospital where Cesar works, making rounds to make patients feel better.
