1. Stop frowning: opt for smile lines instead.
2. Sleep on your back (or, if you sleep on your side, use a satin pillowcase).
3. Stay out of the sun - or, if you can't help yourself, use a sun hat.
4. Stop smoking. It's bad for your skin - and it can kill you. Which is worse than having wrinkles.
