I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Joel Dommett has opened up about his leaked sex tape, admitting he feels "naive" to have been tricked into making it.

The footage of the comedian emerged shortly before he entered the Australian jungle for the ITV competition.

Spilling the beans to his campmates on Sunday's show, Joel explained that he had been "catfished" by a woman he had been talking to online.

The group were discussing naked photographs when the former Skins actor confessed nude images of him were available on the internet.

"It's easy to find on the internet, I was catfished," he said.

He continued: "Basically someone messaged me online and after a while she said did you want Skype sex, so I was like 'yes'. I was so naive."

Joel went on: "I messaged a few weeks later and she didn't reply and then a few years later the video was released online, it was released about a week before I came in here."

The 30-year-old said he was tricked into thinking he was interacting with a woman but later discovered that had not been the case.

He said: "I thought I was having Skype sex with someone but it was actually a video and it turned out it was someone watching me, watching porn, a porno Gogglebox."

Fellow contestant Martin Roberts questioned whether it was "something to be proud of".

But Joel replied: "No, such a terrible angle."
