He's already the world's highest-paid actor... now, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has taken the coveted title of People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive.
The wrestler-turned movie star is the first non-white male to receive the honour since Denzel Washington in 1996.
Dwayne, 44, said the award meant he had "pretty much reached the pinnacle" of his career but admitted he was not always comfortable in his own skin.
Describing his teenage years in Hawaii, he told People: "I was doing a lot of things that I shouldn't have. I was getting arrested multiple times, but at the same time, always very respectful to my teachers and elders.
"I was unsure of who I was and who I wanted to be."
Dwayne said his partner Lauren Hashian, their 11-month old daughter Jasmine and his daughter Simone, 15, from his former marriage to Dany Garcia helped him stay grounded.
"We just have this awesome family that is truly non-traditional but so rooted in love. And that's such a cool thing," he said. "I'm very proud of it."
Previous winners of People's Sexiest Man Alive include David Beckham, Chris Hemsworth and Bradley Cooper.
