Former Strictly professional dancer Kristina Rihanoff says she'd be a "firm" but "fair" judge if she was offered the job to replace Len Goodman.
Kristina quit the BBC1 show before having a baby with former Rugby star Ben Cohen, her ex partner on Strictly Come Dancing.
But she told Heat: "If they asked me, then yes, I'd take it. I think I would be firm, but definitely a fair judge - especially to the professionals as I've been on the other side of it.
"When you stand there facing the judges and they're ripping you apart, you want to tell them that they don't understand how many hours of hard work has gone into the performance."
Brendan Cole, Karen Hardy and Anton Du Beke have been tipped for the position, after Len makes this year's show his last.
Kristina added: "At times the judges can be quite harsh. They haven't had to work with the celebrity and get them ready for that Saturday night show. So I'd be a fair judge."
