Staging a fake road traffic accident has to be one of the more bizarre ways of promoting a product that we've seen on The Apprentice.
But that was the tactic chosen by Samuel Boateng to grab attention for a light-up cycling gilet crowdfunding project, and it baffled bystanders, judges and viewers.
Even more confusingly, sales manager Samuel decided to bring in a mime troupe to act out a car crashing into a cyclist - but failed to get anyone else to see his vision.
Fans of the show saw one glaring hole in his plan when he presented the project to investors.
The "fun" take on the challenge did not go down particularly well.
But to a lot of people, it simply didn't make sense.
Nevertheless, the team somehow managed to win, so the strategy can't have been too much of a car crash.
