The discrepancy between the London housing market and that in Los Angeles is "insane", James Harris - one of the stars of real estate-based reality show Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles - has said.
The British-born estate agent and TV star gave his views on the two very different markets, coming to the conclusion that it is pretty much better to live in LA than the British capital.
He told the Press Association: "A lot of people from London are coming to LA because they do see value.
"If you think about it like this: A house here in Bel-Air that might be 20,000 square feet, with brand new construction, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, wine cellar, anything you could ever imagine, views from Downtown to the ocean, it's not going to cost you more than $3,000 per square foot, which is around £2,500.
"If you're in Chelsea or Eaton Square, they're selling for £8,000 a square foot! We're cheap compared to a lot of the prime areas in London. It's nuts."
He added: "But London is insane, London is a strong market but saturated and how can you make money when properties are selling for that much... it's crazy."
James said that Brits would be surprised at the sheer "scale, the size, the land and how over the top" properties in Los Angeles really are.
James, who appears on the programme with his business partner David Parnes, started working as a residential investment agent at the age of 16 before moving to Los Angeles and branching out into high-end residential real estate.
He joined the cast of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles in its seventh series, and the show is now on season nine.
The show, which is available to watch on reality streaming service hayu, follows the professional and personal lives of estate agents in the sunny city as they sell high-end properties to the rich and sometimes the famous.
And, while James is loving his life in Los Angeles, where he has been for over a decade, he would return to his home in London if he had to.
One of the perks of his job is getting to work with celebrities, including the likes of Jared Leto, Kylie Jenner and Tyga, James Corden and John Mayer among others.
He hinted at working with even bigger stars than those, though, as he revealed: "We've worked with a lot of celebrities, but we do have to sign various non-disclosures, so the really exciting ones cannot be mentioned."
He added, of his star clientele: "Some celebrities are absolutely the most indecisive people I have ever worked with in my life, and others are extremely decisive.
"Most of them don't want to do any work, they just want to move straight in with their suitcase and toothbrush.
"Some of them are just looking for a roof over their head and most of them, if not all of them, want complete privacy. It's always interesting, we get to learn from celebrities in many respects."
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles has new episodes available on Fridays, on hayu, reality on demand.
