You'll never guess which Hollywood star is joining Jamie Oliver on his TV show...

Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty have had many a famous celebrity appear on their popular series Jamie and Jimmy's Friday Night Feast, including the likes of Kate Hudson, Usain Bolt, Sienna Miller, David Tennant and Orlando Bloom.

And now there is set to be another Hollywood star on the show, as Lindsay Lohan has revealed a sneak peek from her time filming at the guys' popular Southend Pier cafe location.

The 30-year-old Mean Girls star shared a snap of herself with TV chef Jamie in the kitchen, rustling up what appears to be a massive pie and a pile of green vegetables.

She was clearly overjoyed to be a part of the programme, as she gushed and hashtagged alongside the snap: "#jamieandjimmysfridaynightfeast #cook with #love with @jamieoliver @jimmysfarm #food #comingsoon. #thankyou my friends of the crew and team of #jamieoliver and my team @celinebopp @oliverdrama @royceangeloevents #backtowork #uk #grateful #chef."

The actress will show off her culinary prowess as she gets her hands dirty, and will feed members of the public who have gone along to test out the recipes on offer in the episode.

It's a different side to US star Lindsay, who in recent years has become more known for her personal life than for her acting.

She'll follow in the footsteps of other stars including Hollywood favourite Salma Hayek and Gogglebox personality Scarlett Moffatt, both of whom have been seen filming for the forthcoming series of Jamie and Jimmy's Channel 4 food show.
