Gaga's last UK hit was her 2013 single, Do What U Want, which was taken from her third solo album, Artpop.
Her last album was her collaboration with American crooner Tony Bennett called Cheek to Cheek in 2014.
Hit producer Mark Ronson has worked on Gaga's new album, telling Beats 1 it was "some of my favourite music I've really ever worked on".
