Former shadow chancellor Ed Balls has had his first day on the Strictly Come Dancing set and admitted it was all a bit stressful.
He posted these pics on his Facebook page of him sitting for interviews and being showered with glitter.
The ex-politician was the first name to be officially revealed for the hit ballroom dancing show and has already admitted he is "scared to death".
Ed, 49, lost his Morley and Outwood seat in May last year in one of the greatest casualties of the 2015 election.
He said appearing on the BBC1 show is a dream come true, while his wife Yvette Cooper, who is still a Labour MP, has admitted to a touch of jealousy.
He joins former Hollyoaks actor Danny Mac, former Eternal member Louise Redknapp, singer Will Young, TV presenters Laura Whitmore and Melvin Odoom and sports broadcaster Ore Oduba on the line-up.
The other contestants are yet to be announced.
