Ferne McCann will unveil the results of her nose job on ITV's This Morning on Monday, and discuss the negative impact trolling has had on her confidence.
The TOWIE star opted to undergo the image-altering surgery after being bullied online over her appearance, following years of battling with insecurities.
The 26-year-old, who acts as showbiz correspondent on the programme, said she has been "hurt" by the trolls and that it is "easy" for people to criticise her nose.
She said: "I'm not getting it done because I want to get closer to being beautiful. It's not about that. It's just something that I don't like, and every day I look in the mirror, it knocks my confidence.

"There'll be a lot of people that understand why I'm doing it and a lot of people that won't."
She added: "I don't want to upset my mum and that's what makes me really emotional... but she really understands now."
Footage from her hospital stay ahead of the life-changing operation will be aired before Ferne appears live to discuss the experience with with the programme's hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.
She will also speak to This Morning's in-house counsellor Penny Jordan and surgeon Professor James Frame about the surgery.
