Watch the insane moment a skydiver jumps...without a parachute

If you've ever skydived, you'll know that it's an incredible experience. But, understandably, most people's biggest fear is that their parachute won't open.

One 42-year-old skydiver - who has more than 18,000 jumps under his belt - didn't have that worry at all though, as he became the first person in history to leap entirely without a parachute.

Instead, after a two-minute freefall, Luke Aikins landed in a 100ft x100ft net at the Big Sky movie ranch on the outskirts of Simi Valley, California. As you do...

Luke then quickly climbed out, walked over and hugged his wife Monica, who had been watching from the ground with their four-year-old son Logan and other family members.

"I'm almost levitating, it's incredible," the jubilant skydiver said.

Hmmm, still not sure we'll be trying it ourselves any time soon though...
