Emily Blunt seems to be having a breakdown in the new trailer for The Girl On The Train, the movie of the smash-hit novel of the same name.
Her alcoholic character Rachel opens the teaser talking about watching a seemingly perfect couple from the train but ends with her being questioned by police about whether she murdered her ex-husband's nanny.
While the trailer offers up no answers to how the mystery will play out, it does introduce Justin Theroux, who stars as Rachel's ex-husband, and Luke Evans, who plays the nanny's husband.
The West Wing star Allison Janney plays the detective and Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation actress Rebecca Ferguson stars as Theroux's character's new wife.
The two and half minute snippet plays out to the haunting beats of Kanye West's Heartless.
The trailer ends with a make-up free Rachel crying and admitting: "I'm afraid of myself."
The film is due for UK release on October 7.
