Love Island captured the imagination of viewers thanks to the naughty shenanigans of the contestants, but one pair appear to be no more.
Just days after Monday night's final episode on ITV2, presented by Caroline Flack, Adam Maxted and Katie Salmon have taken to Twitter to play out their liaison in public.
And it doesn't seem to be a cordial parting of the ways either.
On Friday, Adam tweeted that he is "100% single".
Adam went on to explain his situation with another tweet, but the follow-up included an analogy about eating a kebab in which "the first few bites taste good" until one concludes it "really isn't nice at all".
If he was referring to Katie, she had a riposte of her own. The glamour model from Liverpool also turned to Twitter to express her feelings. She tweeted a message that referenced the feeling one gets after being given socks for Christmas.
However, the brunette seems to be drawing a line under the episode.
Viewers will find out exactly what is going on when they tune into Love Island: Heading Home on Sunday.
Meanwhile, winners Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde are already being quizzed over a future together as husband and wife.
The loved-up pair appeared on ITV's Lorraine together on Friday to discuss their romance in their very first interview since leaving the Majorca-based villa.
And, although clearly in the fresh throes of a relationship, the couple aren't ready to rush into things. They brushed off the idea of marriage talk when probed by TV stalwart Lorraine.
