Forget the auditionees, it was Sharon Osbourne's fresh face that was the topic of conversation at the X Factor auditions.
The 63-year-old showed off a wrinkle-free complexion at the talent show's auditions in Manchester on Monday, having debuted her smooth new look at a festival on Friday with husband Ozzy.
Sharon, who has had extensive plastic surgery in the past including a facelift and tummy tuck, sparked fresh rumours about whether she had gone under the knife, despite claiming in 2012 she would stop having any procedures.
Back then, she told Hello! magazine: "Sometimes I'll see a photo and I'll think, 'My face looks plastic'; it can look so unnatural from certain angles. Now I am definitely, definitely done."
"You can't buy your youth back, no matter how much money you've got. I won't be going under the knife again."
Either way, she looked fabulous.
Here's a quick look back at the changing - or rather unchanging - face of Sharon Osbourne.
A 29-year-old Sharon is eclipsed by Ozzy's luscious locks in 1981, a year before their wedding in Maui, Hawaii.
In 1991, Sharon looked older than she does now, after weight loss left her looking gaunt. By 1999, she would have gained and then lost 125lbs through gastric surgery which took its toll on her body.
Sharon, pictured with daughter Kelly, was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2002 which spread to her lymph nodes and her treatment was documented on reality show The Osbournes. She survived but the chemotherapy caused her to lose her hair and she opted for wigs custom-made by Cher's wig-maker.
Previously best known as Ozzy's manager, she carved a new career in 2004 as a judge on the UK version of The X Factor where she joined music mogul Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh (look how young they look too!).
It was a case of (strawberry) blonde ambition when the fiery redhead switched up her look to claim Celebrity Mum of the Year, beating Katie Price, Kate Moss and the Duchess of Cornwall.
Plumper cheeks had Sharon resembling actress Glenn Close in 2008 after moving across the pond to work on America's Got Talent.
Sharon was heading the way of the trout pout in 2010 as she attended Sir Elton John's Aids Foundation Party.
Her forehead might be botoxed flat, but Sharon showed the rest of her has plenty of movement as she pulled a funny face in 2012.
Fuller cheeks kept Sharon looking young as she attended Sir Elton's Oscars after-party just two years ago.
Sharon looked almost unrecognisable in December last year, although her burgundy hair stood the test of time.
Joining husband Ozzy at Ozzfest Meets Knotfest festival, the two seemed to have put their estrangement aside. But was Sharon's puffy face just down to tears from Ozzy's alleged affair?
