Archie Panjabi has said it's time an Asian woman was cast as James Bond - and she is throwing her name into the mix.
The Good Wife star recently tweeted a photo of herself outside the 007 studio.
And she has now told Digital Spy that she meant it and thinks she has all the skills to play the suave spy in 007´s next big screen outing.
"I think it's about time we had an Asian woman playing that role," she said.
"And I think my skills on The Good Wife have displayed that I'm perfectly capable of playing it!"
Archie, 44, joked that she will be "waiting for that phone call" to let her know that she's bagged the coveted role.
Showbiz sites are buzzing about who will slip into 007´s tux following reports that Daniel Craig is vacating the role. Male stars rumoured to be in the running for the coveted part include Idris Elba, Damian Lewis and Tom Hiddleston.
