Famous names from the world of entertainment will be honoured at the glittering event on Tuesday hosted by Claudia Winkleman.
The 44-year-old is also nominated in the TV personality category alongside fellow Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly.
Sheridan Smith is among those recognised for the theatre actress gong. Nominated for Funny Girl, the 34-year-old has withdrawn from her leading role in the West End show because of "stress and exhaustion".
The category is rounded out by stars including Dame Judi Dench for The Winter's Tale, Dawn French for 30 Million Minutes and Imelda Staunton for her award-winning role in Gypsy.
In fashion, Victoria Beckham, Donatella Versace and Stella McCartney are among the names battling it out for the designer honour.
Meanwhile, Beyonce, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift are just three of the stars up against each other for the international musician award.
Piers Morgan and Little Mix will be hitting the red carpet in London for the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards, in association with Next.
Aside from the editor's special awards, the results are voted for by readers of Glamour magazine.
This year, 700,000 votes were cast.
