Nick Jonas revealed that he counts actress Lily Collins among his list of famous ex-girlfriends as he spilled the beans on his romance with Kate Hudson too.
The singer, who has launched a successful solo career off the back of his family band the Jonas Brothers, said he luckily avoided an encounter with her dad, Genesis drummer Phil.
He told The Sun that he's been in the same circle of friends as Lily for years.
"We went out a couple of times. She is amazing," he admitted.
"At my age too, dating is important, getting to know yourself by meeting different people, seeing what it's all about," he said.
Nick, 23, hit the headlines last year when he struck up a romance with Kate Hudson, 14 years his senior.
The two were first spotted together in September, again in February and then before the MET Gala last month.
He said: "Kate is amazing, she is a great person. You spend five minutes with her and understand who she is and what she's about.
"She has a beautiful spirit. She is lovely.
"It has been a year of truly being single but meeting great people and being respectful of them."
Nick has moved into acting, starring in US martial arts series Kingdom, where he had to film a gay sex scene, but he denied media speculation about his sexuality.
He said "technically" he'd had a sexual experience with a man - as his character in the role - "but as me, Nick, I am very open about who I am and that I have nothing to prove. I know what I am, I've been honest about that".
He also said that Rihanna smells amazing - which wasn't a surprise revelation.
