Khloe Kardashian is once again seeking to end her marriage to former NBA player Lamar Odom.
Court records in Los Angeles show Khloe filed for divorce on Thursday, citing irreconcilable differences.
The reality TV star and Lamar married in September 2009, and she filed to divorce him in December 2013, which she still lists as their date of separation.
The divorce was never finalised and Khloe withdrew the petition after Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel last year. She cited Odom's medical condition as one reason to withdraw the divorce.
The filing states they have a prenuptial agreement. They have no children together.
In the opening episode of the latest Keeping Up With The Kardashians series, Khloe hinted she was open to rekindling her romance with Lamar but she first wanted to "cut ties" with her husband.
"We're definitely getting out of this marriage because it's been a little tainted," Khloe said. "We need to cut our ties and then we can figure it back out."
Lamar played most of his NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers.
