EastEnders' Kellie Bright proudly said she would be a "#Mama@40´´ as she announced her pregnancy on Twitter.
The actress, who turns 40 in July, said she was "over the moon" to be expecting her second child with husband Paul Stocker in November.
Kellie, who plays Linda Carter in the BBC soap, reassured fans that it would not mean her exit from the show.
She wrote "#queenvicismyhome" and "#LindaCarter4ever", quelling any fears that maternity leave might spell the end for the pub landlady.
Kellie and Paul are already parents to four-year-old son Freddy.
They married in a star-studded ceremony in Cornwall in 2014.
Her co-star Danny Dyer, who plays husband Mick, tweeted his congratulations and implied that he could be playing away with an unlikely Albert Square resident while she's off-set.
