Pregnant Kerry Washington has announced that she's taking a "teeny break" from social media.
The Scandal actress is currently expecting her second child and told her Twitter and Instagram followers that she needs a bit of down time.
Kerry, 39, uploaded a video of the sea washing away a heart in the sand, as she told fans she wouldn't be unplugged forever.
She wrote: "It's time for me to take a teeny break from social media. Feeling called to be a bit more quiet and still. Not sure how long it'll last but don't worry, I'll be back soon enough.
"This space has become such a community. I'm very grateful. Thank you.
"I'll be thinking of youz and I'm sending love to you wherever you are...#MermaidGram."
Meanwhile, it looks as if Kerry's pregnancy will affect production on her hit TV show, in which she plays 'fixer' Olivia Pope.
ABC has announced its 2016-2017 schedule and Scandal is being pushed back to mid-season, meaning it will not air in the US this autumn, but will be delayed until 2017.
The move follows speculation about how show bosses would handle Kerry's pregnancy.
ABC boss Channing Dungey said: "We did have to make some adjustments to Scandal for a variety of reasons that had to do with the production schedule."
Kerry - whose baby bump was on show at the Met Gala earlier this month - is already mum to two-year-old daughter Isabelle with her husband Nnamdi Asomugha.
