Police say Sinead O'Connor was found at hotel


Irish singer-songwriter Sinead O'Connor was found staying in a hotel after she went missing earlier this week, police in Illinois said.

Wilmette police spokesman Eric Peterson said on Tuesday that 10 departments helped canvass area hotels. He said finding Sinead safe was "a wonderful outcome".

He declined to provide other details, including about where exactly the singer was found, her condition or where she is now.

Sinead was reported missing after failing to return from a bike ride.
