Adam Sandler has discovered he has a doppelganger - and he was so intrigued that he invited him to his latest premiere.
The actor was amazed when an accountant posted side by side shots of them online, showing that they look extremely alike.
In a strange twist, it turned out that the man is named Max Kessler - which is the name of the character Adam plays in his new movie The Do-Over.
Max wrote: "The name of Adam Sandler's character in his new movie, The Do-Over is Max Kessler. My name is Max Kessler. Oh yeah, and I look just like him."
The image sparked Adam's interest and he responded on Reddit, challenging the 23-year-old to pull a funny face like his.
The real Max wasn't scared off, and uploaded a picture of himself doing just that.
It won Adam over, as the actor then posed for a picture of himself holding an invite to The Do-Over premiere.
Some social media users apparently suspected it was a stunt, but photographs have emerged of the real Max - and the movie character Max - sharing a laugh at the screening.
