Chance the Rapper misses charity event after being hospitalised

Chance the Rapper missed a charity concert in New York due to being hospitalised, according to Billboard.

Chance was due to perform for the Robin Hood charity at New York's Terminal 5, raising money for families living in poverty in the city.

Filling in for him instead were Anderson. Paak, Joey Bada$$ and Mark Ronson, who Chance later thanked - and explained his absence was due to a bout of pneumonia.

In better news for Chance and his fans, though, Chance 3 is still scheduled for release in just a few days, on May 13.
