Bafta nominees Idris Elba, Mark Rylance and Sheridan Smith will feast on cheese souffles, corn-fed chicken and chocolate and raspberry pudding at the TV awards on Sunday.
The biggest stars of British television will be treated to a menu of locally sourced ingredients and decadent sweets at the ceremony at London's Royal Festival Hall.
The meal will begin with a cheese souffle with watercress veloute and spring vegetables, before the stars tuck into corn-fed chicken with rye and leek stuffing with a fricassee of broad beans, green beans and baby carrots pomme maxim and mousseron jus.
Those with a sweet tooth will then enjoy Hotel Chocolat's Madagascar Sambirano Valley 72% dark chocolate and compressed raspberry delice with raspberry and bell pepper sorbet and a black olive soil, followed by petit fours.
Chef Grant McPherson, from Rhubarb Food Design, who is overseeing the menu, said: "The vegetables are all seasonal and the souffle is quite heavy so the garnishes are very light and colourful to complement it.
"The whole menu flows together so the chicken will follow on nicely."
Julien Thevenot, the executive pastry chef for Rhubarb, added: "I chose the best chocolate for the dessert, it's really smoky and I married it with raspberries for freshness.
"It's a really fresh dessert even with the chocolate and olive crumb so it's quite surprising."
The House of Fraser British Academy Television Awards will be hosted by Graham Norton on Sunday May 8.
