Paul Hollywood has some serious competition in the form of silver fox Mark Tilling, the cookery school head who sent temperatures soaring in the Great British Bake Off kitchen.
Bringing with him two former students, Mark's team were off to a flying start on the baking spin-off as they put together their Saint Marc slices, sfogliatelle and petit gateau domes.
But no one was really concentrating on what Mark and co were cooking.
And that was before viewers discovered Mark had won the UK Chocolate Masters TWICE.
Having come second in the first task behind the London Park Lane Hilton team, they next took on the challenge of updating the traditional sticky toffee pudding.
And champion Mark decided to use his chocolate skills to recreate the Lake District (as you do), with a caramel lake and chocolate tree - or that's what Mark claimed.
And here's how it turned out.
Mark's team were sadly beaten by Sajeela's team from the Hilton (by just five marks!) but if they become the highest scoring runner-up they could still make the semi-finals.
Either way, don't worry, Mark, you've got plenty of new fans at home.
