Chris Brown has revealed he thought about suicide after his assault on Rihanna.
The rapper was convicted of beating up the singer, his girlfriend at the time, following an argument on the eve of the Grammy Awards in 2009.
In a sneak peek at his new documentary Welcome To My Life, Chris talked about becoming public enemy number one and admitted he "felt like a f*****g monster".
"I was thinking about suicide and everything else," he said. "I wasn't sleeping, I wasn't eating. I just was getting high."
Chris was sentenced to five years of probation and community service for attacking the Diamonds singer.
The documentary also chronicles the 26-year-old's rise to fame.
Chris, now dad to daughter Royalty, has yet to announce a release date.
