Benedict Cumberbatch has unveiled the first trailer for his new superhero film, Doctor Strange.
The Sherlock star introduced the new footage from his upcoming blockbuster on the late night US TV show Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Directed by Scott Derrickson, Doctor Strange tells the story of Stephen Strange - played by Benedict - an acclaimed neurosurgeon who uncovers the hidden world of magic and alternate dimensions after a near-fatal car accident.
Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams and a bald-headed Tilda Swinton are all seen in the trailer, which some viewers compared to the Christopher Nolan film Inception.
Doctor Strange looks dope. Like a Marvel version of Inception and it's my boy Cumberbatch so you know it's going to be ?????!

Other viewers were not impressed by Benedict's American accent in the trailer.
Hearing Benedict Cumberbatch with an American accent is strange. But Doctor Strange looks goooooood.

1) Cumberbatch's Strange has nicked Hugh Laurie's House accent

Is anyone else disappointed that Benedict Cumberbatch isn't using his own accent in Doctor Strange?
