Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood has revealed he is working off all the cakes and pies he has to taste by taking up boxing.
The hard-to-please star is trying to lose two stone and is making good progress.
He told the Mirror: "I'm not thin. I'm on my way though... I have a personal trainer and I'm doing a lot of boxing at the moment."
However, Paul insists he is not on a diet but just trying to "cut down" on calories, adding: "I am still on target at the moment. I'd like to lose up to two stone... I just exercise more.
"Boxing is about three times a week. Weights about four times a week."
Paul will next be seen on screens in new show City Bakes on Food Network on April 18, in which he sets off round the globe to investigate the breads and pastries of Europe and North America.
He admitted he still has to "pinch himself" over his success and finds it odd when he is recognised in the street, adding: "I never set out to be on the TV. That found me.
"I'm a normal baker, alright my CV was pretty good. I had no intention of all this. It all happened so quickly. I pinch myself all the time."
He says he gets recognised everywhere he goes, including in New York.
"I was in Times Square trying to do a piece to camera... and you always get someone going 'Alright Bake Off Paul! How's Mary?'"
