Kevin Simm makes the ultimate comeback to win The Voice 2016 and Twitter loved it

Kevin Simm won over the public to make a massive comeback from the pop star wilderness to win The Voice 2016.

The former Liberty X singer beat Cumbrian soloist Jolan to triumph in the BBC talent show.

And Twitter was delighted that Kevin was getting a second chance to make it in the music industry.

Especially when he seemed like such a nice guy...

Now his fans want to get him and his single to number one in the charts.

The show started with four finalists, Kevin, Jolan, Lydia Lucy and Cody Frost singing solos and duets with the judges before it went down to the public vote.

Lydia and Cody were sent home after failing to win enough support, leaving Jolan and Kevin, who were both mentored by Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson, to face the re-opened vote in the final showdown.
