Jennifer Lopez has just landed on the cover of US magazine 'Us Weekly'. Proving that age is only a number, the singer made it on to the front cover of the 'Best Bodies' issue.
Even though the magazine featured 75 other hot bodies, it was the 45-year-old who was chosen.
In the magazine, the Booty hitmaker says she still works out five times a week: 'I work out, but I'm not as much of a fanatic as I used to be. And, funnily enough, I feel like I'm in better shape now. I see pictures of myself in my twenties and go, 'Oh, I look better now!''
But the star says on the days when she doesn't 'feel pretty' she looks inward, not outward.
She explains: 'I think a healthy body image comes from being the best you, not competing with anybody else. You know, I'm not a 6-foot tall model. I'm not a size 2. I think it's about focusing on yourself and just trying to be the best you.'
As part of the launch, she kicked off the BodyLab 'Be the Girl' challenge to help women reach their health and fitness goals - and almost 100,000 people have signed up.
