Learner driver caught speeding at 132mph on motorway

A provisional licence holder from Kent has been hit with a fine and disqualification after being caught doing 132mph on the M25.

Cydney Mantle of Blandford Road, Beckenham, was caught by a speed camera near Epping while doing nearly twice the national speed limit.
