An iconic Ferrari is attracting plenty of admiring glances at the London Classic Car Show, which got underway on Thursday.
The 250 SWB Competition Berlinetta has been taken to the show by GTO Engineering, in order to showcase its skills as one of the most internationally renowned classic Ferrari specialists.
The restoration and maintenance company boasts an impressive record with the prancing horse brand's classic, having worked on more than a third of the 165 SWB models ever made.
It has partnered with global leader in high-performance drivetrain solutions, Quaife, to display the Competition Berlinetta – which boasts a Quaife four-speed gearbox – on its stand.
Managing director of GTO Engineering, Mark Lyon, commented: "GTO Engineering and Quaife have enjoyed a mutually beneficial business relationship for years. It makes perfect sense to bring the Competition Berlinetta to the show as one of the best examples of our highly-specialised work at the top end of the classic car industry."
Also on the stand are a number of GTO Engineering's luxury hand-made accessories. These have either been made from or inspired by genuine Ferrari parts, and include key fobs, cufflinks, pins, cigar cases and leather hip flasks and wallets.
Visitors to the show are able to visit a number of exhibitor and club stands, and enjoy hundreds of rare and desirable classics from throughout the ages.
