Cyclist circulates images of horrific injuries sustained after hitting giant pothole

See News Team story NTIPOTHOLE: A cyclist suffered these horror injuries when he was thrown from his bike on his way  to work - after hitting a giant POTHOLE. Richard Gummery, 45, was flying downhill at 30mph but didn't spot the giant crater - which was 18ins (45cm) long and 5ins (12cm) deep. The dad-of-one - who cycles 70 miles a week - was catapulted off his bike and suffered a broken elbow as well as a number of cuts to his face and head. Richard was rushed to hospital by his brother where doctors discovered he had SHATTERED a bone in his elbow.

Richard Gummery, 45, from Much Dewchurch, Herefordshire, was cycling to work in the early hours of the morning when he was thrown from his bicycle by an unseen pothole.
