Video: The Russian no entry sign that needs back-up

We're not saying the roads of Russia are lawless and terrifying, but it seems putting a sign up telling drivers not to go down a one-way street isn't enough there - you need the back-up of an angry man who will jump out into the road and wave at motorists.
