Video: Lamborghini advertises the Aventador

Lamborghini has chosen to make an advert for its new Murcielago replacement, the Aventador LP 700-4.

We are struggling to imagine why anyone would need a TV commercial to convince them to buy such a glorious looking and sounding machine, but we are eternally grateful to the Italian marketing men nonetheless.

For it means we get almost three minutes of V12-filled joy, and the first opportunity to see the 6.5-litre, 691bhp beast in all its 0-62-in-2.9-seconds glory. We'll even forgive the slightly silly road-crumbling special effects. Click below to enjoy.
