British motor show cancelled

The 2012 British motor show has been cancelled, its organisers have said.

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) announced today that the show would not go ahead in 2012 as planned following a consultation with the UK motor industry – apparently because they weren't interested.
