Mini and Smart develop electric scooters

Both Mini and Smart will be unveiling electric scooters at the Paris motor show later this month, both of them experimental concepts.

The Smart plug-in electric scooter, said to be capable of a 60mpg range and to include an airbag, is part of Smart's attempt to broaden its range as a provider of alternative mobility solutions.
