Here's why some houses are blurred out on Google Street View

If you've ever been checking out an area via Google Street View and wondered why some of the houses, cars, and people are blurred out it's normally because they have requested it.

To get your home obscured all you need to do is locate your house on Street View and click "Report a problem" on the bottom right of the screen.

On the following page there will be list of times that you can ask to be obscured. After providing your email address, and completing a CAPTCHA hopefully Google will carry out your request.
