Ingredients
28 grams butter
28 grams flour
170 grams of cream
Salt
225 grams macaroni and cheese (already made)
113 grams of flour
1 egg
225 grams Panko
Oil

Directions
In a pot, melt butter.
Add in flour.
Stir, stir, stir!
Slowly pour in cream.
Add a dash of salt and macaroni mixture.
Mix and refrigerate.
Ball mixture.
Coat in flour, egg and Panko.
Fry in oil.
Brown evenly until golden.
Remove and drain.
