Baby can't hide her happiness at hearing sister's voice clearly for first time

When little Scarlet was born three months early, she developed an intestinal problem, the antibiotic treatment for which impaired her hearing, mum Carol Benjamin wrote on Facebook.

She thought Scarlet's hearing was nonetheless pretty good, but the baby's reaction when she was fitted with hearing aids showed it was anything but.

The adorable Scarlet just couldn't contain her happiness when big sister Halie spoke to her for the first time after the fitting at Atlanta Hearing Associates in Milledgeville. Scarlet's spontaneous laughter is a joy to behold. "It was one of the absolute best days of our lives", Benjamin said.
