Man falls off bike... and on to rattlesnake

Riding his mountain bike on a secluded trail in the US, one unlucky cyclist found himself going straight from the frying pan into the fire.

Getting bogged down in a patch of soft sand, he was unable to free his feet from his pedals and collapsed onto the floor - landing atop a rattlesnake!

And of course he had the presence of mind to capture the aftermath of the incident on video for our enjoyment.
